These terms cover print and gift card orders placed on momentsofscotland.com. This version is dated 31 October 2026.
Who you are buying from
The seller is Strategically Lean Academy Limited (company number SC633314), trading as Moments of Scotland. Registered office: Office 4, 27 Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB11 6HD. The gallery is at the Trinity Centre, 155 Union Street, Aberdeen AB11 6BE. Email hello@momentsofscotland.com.
Orders
Prices are in pounds sterling, as shown at checkout. A contract starts when we accept your payment and email you an order confirmation. Prints are designed in Aberdeen, printed to order, and shipped worldwide. Delivery prices and Christmas order-by dates are on the delivery page.
Cancelling, returns and faults
You can cancel a print within 14 days of receiving it and a gift card within 14 days of buying it, on the conditions on our refunds and returns page. Returned prints go to Office 4, 27 Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB11 6HD.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sent by email. They can be used on any print on either site until the balance runs out. They do not expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights.
